Black Rose Antiques Mall was previously located in Allentown, Pennsylvania but reopened in Phillipsburg in January of 2017.  Dealers were just setting up, when I visited, but it will be amazing when full.

Black Rose Antiques and Collectibles is located in the Phillipsburg Mall in the former JC Penny store.

Parking:

Plenty of parking in the mall parking lot.
